Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the VerifiedSubmission website and the founder reservation offer. VerifiedSubmission is operated by [SOLCERTAIN LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("we," "us," "our"). By reserving a founder rate you agree to these terms.

The founder reservation

VerifiedSubmission is not yet generally available. The $1 founder reservation is not a purchase of the service and does not grant access to it today. It reserves pricing for when the service launches.

In exchange for the $1 charge, we commit that:

• Your rate will be $0.08 per verified lead when the service becomes available to you;
• No monthly minimum will apply to your account;
• That rate will remain in place for as long as you maintain a continuous active account with us;
• You will be offered access when we open to founding members.

The offer is limited to the first 100 reservations. We may close it at any time.

What the rate does and does not cover

"Verified lead" means one lead submitted to the service for scoring. The rate covers scoring and the features described on our website at the time you reserved. It does not cover custom development, professional services, or third-party costs such as TrustedForm certificate fees, which are billed by their own providers under their own terms.

If your account lapses, is closed, or is terminated, the founder rate ends with it. Restarting an account later does not restore it.

Refunds

Your $1 is refundable at any time, for any reason, on request. Email founders@verifiedsubmission.com and we will refund it. Requesting a refund ends the reservation and releases the locked rate.

We are not obligated to launch by any particular date, and no launch date is promised. If we decide not to launch the service at all, we will refund every outstanding founder reservation.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. and are subject to Stripe's terms. The $1 is a one-time charge — it is not a subscription, and nothing recurs. We do not receive or store your card number.

Your account and conduct

You must give accurate information when reserving, and you must be authorized to act for the company you name. One reservation per company. We may cancel and refund reservations that appear fraudulent, duplicated, or automated.

Our content

The site, its content, and the VerifiedSubmission name and marks are ours. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works from them without written permission.

No warranty on descriptions of a future product

Descriptions of features, scoring, accuracy, and performance on this site describe the product we intend to deliver. Specifics may change before launch. The site and any pre-launch materials are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the founder reservation or your use of this site is limited to the amount you paid us — $1. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or business.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects the founder reservation, we will email founders. Your locked rate, no-minimum commitment, and refund right will not be reduced by any later change to these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY, STATE], and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.
