It does not describe how we process lead data on behalf of business customers once the product is live — that processing is governed by the separate agreement with each customer, under which we act as a service provider, not the owner of the data.
Information you give us
When you reserve a founder rate, we ask for and store:
- Your name
- Your work email address
- Your company name
When you request a demo, we collect the same details plus your industry and monthly lead volume.
We do not collect or store your card number. Payment details are entered directly into a form hosted by Stripe, Inc. and transmitted to Stripe — they never reach our servers. We receive only a confirmation that the charge succeeded, along with the name and email you supplied.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and pages viewed. We use this to keep the site working and to understand where visitors come from.
Pages we advertise on Facebook and Instagram include the Meta Pixel, which reports page views and completed reservations back to Meta so we can measure and target advertising. Meta may combine this with information it already holds about you. You can limit this through your Meta ad settings, your browser's cookie controls, or tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out.
How we use it
- To process your $1 founder reservation and honor the rate it locks in
- To email you when VerifiedSubmission launches, and about your reservation
- To respond to demo requests and questions
- To measure and improve our advertising
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We share information only with vendors that help us operate, and only as much as they need:
- Stripe — payment processing
- GoHighLevel — our customer relationship and email system
- Cloudflare — website hosting and delivery
- Meta — advertising measurement, as described above
We may also disclose information where required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
How long we keep it
We keep founder reservation records for as long as the founder rate remains valid, since the record is the proof of what you were promised. Demo requests are kept for up to 24 months. Payment records are retained as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, subject to those obligations.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message. You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to privacy@verifiedsubmission.com.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights — including, for California residents under the CCPA/CPRA, the right to know what we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
Security
Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. Payment credentials are handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 service provider. Access to the information we do hold is limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This is a business product. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes affecting founder reservations will be emailed to affected founders.
